Considered by many fans as the bible of English football, this new and updated edition of The PFA Premier and Football League Players’ Records 1946-2015 contains full career details of every player to have made at least one first-team appearance in the Football League since 1946 or in the Premier League since it was established in 1992.

Each player entry includes his date and place of birth, number of appearances (including substitutions) and the number of goals scored for each club. Born in Hampstead Garden Suburb in 1941, editor Barry J Hugman is one of the world’s leading sports statisticians. He has written 65 books, many of which are recognised by the sports authorities as the definitive source in their field. This is the seventh edition of the PFA Players’ Records, while he also compiled the PFA Footballers’ Who’s Who for 16 years. Barry also helped set up the British Boxing Board of Control Awards in 1984 and launched the Boxing Monthly magazine in 1989.
